The arrival of spring was marked by the launch of our new collection of curtains and sheers. Pastel shades, discreet, abstract or bold floral patterns and special plant patterns are ready to bring the charm of this season to our homes.
The fabrics of the collection have been guided by international trends in areas such as interior design, fashion or art, and the new curtains and sheers surprise with unique combinations of textures, patterns and colors.
The Spring-Summer 2022 Mendola Fabrics collection includes over 80 new models. Floral, botanical, geometric patterns, recycled fabrics and a new innovative curtain with air purifying properties join the Mendola Fabrics portofolio.
A spring collection would not be complete without floral patterns, which have the potential to add brightness and romance to interiors. The fabrics of the collection bring modern but also classic floral patterns, in predominantly pastel shades.
The vegetal, botanical trend is also present in the new Collection. Amazonia and Dominica are two curtains with unique patterns, with vegetal patterns with a strong personality.
Amazonia is a velvet curtain with an abstract pattern composed of oversized, painted-looking leaves, and Dominica has a stylized, graphic plant pattern that is a modern reinterpretation of an exotic plant pattern.
The new collection brings bold designs that catch the eye and can be a focal point of the arrangement.
Fabrics with geometric or abstract motifs, in contrasting shades, bring a new approach to design concepts, contributing to a style between masculine and feminine.
Neutral color palette, repetitive patterns and refined textures create balance and attention.

A central concept of the spring-summer collection was that of sustainability.
The Mendola Fabrics range added 17 new curtains and sheers made of recycled polyester fabric.
A selection of curtains made of simple fabrics, but also curtains with intricate, bold patterns will bring beauty and care for nature in our homes.
In addition to sustainability, we have turned our attention to other innovative items, including the property of air purification.
The new collection also brings new color variants of the most beloved curtains from our assortment.
The Scento curtain is now available in two new shades: Mint and Purple, and the Mohave curtain beautifies the homes in beige and blue now as well.
The Spring-Summer collection was launched at Open Days 2022, a moderated event by Anda Zota, Editor-in-Chief of Igloo.
Along with the special guests Cristina Stranszky (Interior Designer) and Camelia Sisak (Mass Workshop Architect) and together with the internal team formed by Ioan Pintea (Deputy Chief Executive Officer), Oana Luca (Product Manager) and Adelina Silași (Marketing Manager). We discussed the whole process of creating the collection, from choosing the color palette, to selecting the models and variants of fabrics.
